WAZEEFA project is an initiative aimed at alleviating poverty by economically empowering people living in poor conditions. The project is implemented by providing beneficiaries with training in sustainable agriculture, along with a monthly subsidy of TZS 50,000/= per household. A total of 100 households in the Magharibi ‘A’ District benefit from this project, covering six Shehias (wards): Bububu, Chemchem, Kijichi, Kizimbani, Dole, and Mbuzini. Through FIS, these 100 families have also been supported to establish organic home gardens. Furthermore, they have been given professional beekeeping training along with essential beekeeping equipment such as beehives, frames, and smokers.
