The More Taste Less Waste This is the youth exchange program which include 7 young Tanzanians and 7 young Germans as participants. The project based on United Nations SDG 12 “Responsible consumption and Production” specifically on Sustainable food production and consumption. Project had three main outcomes including preparing a sustainable recipe book which contain seven Swahili sustainable dishes and seven German sustainable dishes, second outcome was to have a project video documentary which will show our journey through a short film, showcasing the project’s activities and the importance of sustainable food practices, the third outcome was hosting four community cooking sessions where two from each country which aimed at creating awareness among the people about sustainable food production and consumptions.
